Hey! I’m Thiviyan, a down-to-earth and compassionate therapist who genuinely cares about helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating or even uncomfortable at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no pressure, no judgment. My approach is very practical and skills-based. I want you to leave sessions not just feeling better, but with something real you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I tend to bring in relatable examples, creative exercises, and sometimes a bit of humour or quirky insight to help make things feel less overwhelming and more manageable. At the end of the day, I meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re dealing with stress, intense emotions, relationship challenges, or just trying to figure things out, we’ll work through it together with curiosity, patience, and care. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud தமிழ் (Tamil) Canadian and a children’s book author. I’m also someone who loves basketball, discovering new board games, and spending time with friends.
