“I was referred here - the psychologist I was “offered” had zero bedside manner and zero interest in my life. You can have all the degrees but sadly, it doesn’t buy you emotional intelligence or social skills. But I guess it does get you $275/hour 🥴”

“Was in CBT associate another location (it’s closed) several years ago. I don’t think the therapist I had there was well trained for CBT. For someone who has 0 understanding of CBT, the therapist clearly didn’t not manage my expectations, help me understand CBT, didn’t set agenda with me for next sessions or how the treatment worked. All I did was spend hundreds for her gathering information for the first session, not even further questions to make me think my cognition was distorted. I left right after the first session and didn’t feel any better or didn’t know why I was there. Hope my experience could help anyone better understand what should be expected from a CBT therapist.”Read moreShow less

“Worst place ever! I had my first session couple weeks ago.Let me tell you about something if you’re truly serious about your mental health. Do not go to this place! Just going through the intake process to find someone suitable to my needs. The process was very long as they never answer phone calls and don’t get back to you fast enough with emails. They are clearly in it for the money. There was a man at the front desk and he seemed very much clueless and looked stressed! After meeting with THERAPIST that sealed the deal for me that this establishment was a mess.Disorganized to the max. Imagine going there for help but leaving feeling worst.”Read moreShow less

“Terrible intake team and they do not respond back to voicemails or emails, they never answer the phone directly and 3/4 therapists didnt work out so they ignore you and act like you dont exist. If you want the fastest way to suicide try this clinic they will surely help you become worse and escalate the path to suicide. P.S. Don't waste your time or life on this pathetic clinic you all deserve better care and better therapists.”Read moreShow less

“I was skeptical after reading their reviews but I’ve had a really positive experience with them so far. I was matched with a intern. What I really appreciate is that it doesn’t feel like the rigid, step-by-step CBT you sometimes get through OSP programs. It’s much more flexible and tailored to what I actually need in the moment. My therapist is warm, thoughtful, and really good at adjusting the approach based on how I’m doing week to week. They also accommodate any changes in my schedule. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something more personalized and human.”Read moreShow less

“This place was honestly terrible to attempt to work with. Three weeks of emails back and forth- they kept matching me with associates who had no experience or skills that met my needs. They also are very slow to respond, one rep Disha was just awful. Matched me with someone out of my budget and again with a rep who could not meet my needs. It’s like they don’t even read the intake forms, what’s the point in filling this out if they clearly don’t read it. I finally attempted an intake phone call and once again I was matched with someone who has no qualifications for my needs. I chose to spend my money on somewhere where they actually listened and matched me with a psychologist.”Read moreShow less

“I didn't get a good feel for this place. I booked my virtual session 3 weeks in advance for 9 am and it slipped my mind the morning of. My therapist called at exactly 10:02 when the session would be over to remind me I missed it and would need to pay. Why couldn't she or the admin team called after 10-15 min of me being late so I could at least be given a chance? It's virtual, it would take me 2 seconds to log on. I re-booked with the therapist on the phone but once I hung up I was annoyed by how that went because it almost felt like she wanted to do nothing for that whole hour and call me when it was too late. So, I called and left a voice mail to cancel the new appoitment I made and also emailed to cancel. Never got a call back or an email back about the cancellation but did get an email about the payment. I'm sure they will eventually get back about the cancellation but obviously the payment is more important.”Read moreShow less

“Good doctors. Terrible admin. You have to jump through hoops in order to get to a doctor, not because of lack of availability they are just incredibly disorganized. When you’re struggling with mental health it should have to be THIS difficult see a doctor. They don’t respond to emails. Will call you when you indicated email is better. When you call them back they won’t awnser. Then you don’t hear from them for two weeks. It’s a mess.”Read moreShow less
