About Tara

PT, MScPT, BPE. MCPA Physiotherapist Tara graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, previous to that she completed a Bachelor of Physical Education (Dean’s list) in 2005. Growing up, Tara competed in many sports including artistic gymnastics and track and field. She has since been a competitive gymnastics coach at a local Edmonton club for the past 10 years. Tara has also worked with a figure skating club within the city for the past 5 years doing some of their off-ice training. Tara is passionate about sports performance as well as health and wellness. Her main interest is in treating and preventing sport related injuries however her goal is to help her clients succeed whatever their rehab or wellness goal may be. Tara is also certified in K-taping, acupuncture, and functional dry needling.
