About Stephanie
After completing her Bachelor of Science at Simon Fraser University, Stephanie graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Scotland in 2025.
Between growing up playing sports, and her experience as a student trainer for the SFU Women’s Basketball team for two seasons, Stephanie quickly learned the importance of proper training and rehabilitation. This sparked her interest in a career in physiotherapy. Stephanie wants to understand what motivates her clients. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with them to create an individualized and evidence-based treatment plan, which can include manual therapy and exercise prescription, to get her clients back to their regular routine.
During her free time, Stephanie enjoys going to the gym, running, hiking, wake surfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
