“I've had a great experience working with Kristen at Riverwood Physiotherapy. She is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand what's actually contributing to the problem. I've personally benefited from her care, including dry needling, which has helped me continue running, lifting weights, and playing hockey with less pain and better movement. I've been very impressed with both her clinical skills and the genuine care she has for her patients. “Simran treated me for a dislocated shoulder . I really did not know what to expect but she was extremely professional and quickly presented a course of action. Additional exercises were added each week which were challenging but did not exceed my abilities. Shoulder is great now and I would highly recommend Simran as a physiotherapist. “Kirsten has been great with helping me get back to normal. From assisting me with recovery from pain related to whiplash from a motor vehicle accidents and recovery from sports injuries, she tailored treatments to ensure I was back to 100%. Kristen and Paul were both incredible, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my running goals. They understand the demands of marathon training and provided the right treatment and strategies to help me stay fit through the inevitable rough patches.
