With a background in competitive sports, she understands the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sarah believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment, and has extended her practice to include the prevention, management, and awareness of pelvic floor conditions throughout all stages of life. As a certified yoga instructor, she also offers yoga for pelvic health, stress relief, and the prenatal and postpartum populations. Sarah is committed to building a strong community and can often be found chasing after her two children, and lively Bernadoodle, in Kemptville.
