“I have always had amazing experiences at The Nest with both physio and chiropractic care. They have created an environment that is positive and welcoming and inviting. I have always felt very listened to and respected. I leave feeling physically better but also with the ability to continue taking care of myself at home. I cannot recommend The Nest more enthusiastically!”Read moreShow less

“I love Sarah’s space! She’s a great physio and a great pelvic floor physio. I would also recommend any first time mom going to see her even if you don’t have any pain - she knows more about what is in the area, how to advocate for yourself and makes you feel ready for anything! Sarah changed my life and has made me feel good while pregnant, post partum and she also got me back on track after injuring myself before a winter Triathlon.”Read moreShow less

“From easy online booking, to a warm inviting office atmosphere, The Nest is a wonderful place. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and kind; her calm and gentle demeanour instantly puts you at ease. I saw her for pelvic floor therapy both during pregnancy and postpartum, and she was always a wealth of knowledge. I especially appreciated her specific, tangible cues for breathing techniques. She doesn’t just tell you how to improve- she teaches you and ensures you understand. I had a very smooth, healthy pregnancy and postpartum period, and I owe much of it to Sarah and her patience and skill.”Read moreShow less

“I would highly recommend Sarah for Pelvic Physiotherapy. She is very kind and educating and her clinic is very inviting. I started seeing her when I was about 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I was having awful pelvic pain. She gave me realistic exercises and did great release work which helped my symptoms immensely. She also has worked on my neck, my hips and my back and quickly improved the soreness in those areas as well. Sarah helped prepare me for birth and taught me how to relax my pelvic floor, breathe and push. My delivery went so smoothly. I have also done the baby yoga classes with Abby and they have been fantastic as well. I also recommend Dr. Kaitlyn for paediatric chiro as she helped my infant son with his neck and his side preferences and with latching.”Read moreShow less

“Sarah & Dr. Jacklin are both amazing! Sarah is so understanding and informative during pelvic floor therapy and makes you feel seen, heard, and overall better when you leave! Dr. J was able to relieve a lot of hip pain as well as epidural spot weakness I’d been experiencing in one session!”Read moreShow less
