How did you get into Health & Wellness:
Queenly has been interested in preventative health practices since her teens. Her father passed away from cancer, young and she regrets not knowing more at the time to better support him. Growing up with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) preventative health principles woven into her life—such as drinking bone broth and staying active—she eventually decided to change her career from teaching Yoga and Pilates full-time to studying Chinese Medicine.
What does wellness mean to Queenly:
Wellness, to Queenly, is a lifestyle dedicated to feeling one’s best and reaching peak performance in core areas of life, relative to the different stages of development. Her philosophy is: Play hard. Work harder. Sleep well. Focus. Eat well. Enjoy!
What to expect in a session:
A TCM treatment with Queenly will generally involve acupuncture, suggested lifestyle changes, and massage. It may seem different at first, but it is highly effective for correcting imbalances, reducing pain and tension, alleviating stress and anxiety, supporting gut health, improving fertility, and enhancing sleep.
How you will feel after treatment
Most patients feel more relaxed and in a better state compared to before treatment. Many report feeling lighter and experiencing improved sleep after acupuncture.
Services:
Acupuncture to address stress and anxiety, reduce inflammation and pain, relax the nervous system, support fertility, balance hormones, and improve sleep.
Cupping and Massage to reduce musculoskeletal pain and tension, reduce stagnation, and speed up injury rehabilitation.
Herbal and Dietary changes to improve gut health and correct hormonal and immune imbalances.
