I had Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage to the Tonic Spa at the Well and I have seen dramatic results even weeks after the treatment. Charanjeet Kaur is truly a miracle RMT in that she connects her wisdom with the needs of your body to ensure a fully detox and drained body. I can not say enough about Charanjeet, my body looks 10 years younger. If you want to see results, this is where you want to invest your money. The rest of the staff are really nice and caring, they will make you feel like royalty.

Got my first massage at S&T with Jessica! She was very lovely and the massage itself was great, just felt a little short/rushed. I was also informed that the massages come with pool access, but I didn’t have my swimwear with me. Wish they gave the biohacking (pool) credit for longer — I’m going on a trip this week and unfortunately won’t be able to use it within the next 7 days.

Been coming here about two years now and it's still one of the best contrast therapy spots downtown. Cold plunge, sauna, the pool, and the patio to chill on after. Coming here after a class at Sweat and Tonic or Reformd is great and if you're a member at either spot you get 50% off at Tonic Spa so yeah. Same faces at the front desk every time always good to deal with.

Sweat and Tonic is absolutely incredible! Martin and Robert are hands down the dream team for the S&T Couples Massage experience. My recommendation: arrive early and take full advantage of the sauna and pool before your treatment. By the time your massage begins, you'll already be in a state of complete relaxation, making the experience even more enjoyable. The entire atmosphere elevates peace, tranquility, and quietness to another level. In a world that moves so fast, it's a reminder that true wellness starts with peace of mind, and there is nothing quite like having peace within your mind. Sweat and Tonic will get you there.

I have done 2 sessions of microneedling with Michelle and it was a great experience. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about all things skin and you can tell you are in the hands of a specialist. Immediately after each session my skin looks smooth and plump but the microneedling journey is a long one and you see final results in a couple of months but I have been loving it. I will be continuing to go to her for my future sessions no questions asked. I also think the S&T environment is so relaxing and clean it is a true spa moment. You also have access to the pool before your appointment and showers so you can have an entire ritual here.

Went for massages and had a great overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, check-in was seamless, and the facilities were beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The massage was good, though not outstanding. Nice touches included tea and chocolate after the treatment, and access to the sauna, hot tub, patio, and pool. Just note that the pool is primarily a lap pool, so it may not be ideal for relaxation if people are swimming. My main issue was the change rooms. There are only two single change rooms and they also serve as bathrooms, which means waits can be long if someone is showering. The layout is also not very practical, consisting only of a shower, toilet, and sink with a single hook on the door. There is no bench or table, and I ended up balancing my clothes on the very edge of the sink. There is a larger change room in the gym area, but that requires walking there while wet. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did put a slight damper on an otherwise lovely spa visit.

This review is specifically for the Tonic Spa within Sweat & Tonic, as that is the only service I have used there. I came in for a DEXA with Dr. Caitlin Mangiapane and received exceptional service. Reception staff were welcoming, and Dr. Mangiapane was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, collaborative, and clearly committed to supporting patient healthcare goals. The spa itself also left a strong impression; the moody atmosphere and overall level of service made the experience feel elevated and left me looking forward to returning for additional services.

My experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was friendly and guided me through the entire process and protocols. They even showed me the facilities, and while waiting in the lounge area, I already felt relaxed. When it was time for my appointment, I had a full body massage, which was amazing. Charanjeet was clearly very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and knew exactly what she was doing. The pressure was perfect, and she focused on all the right spots. I felt like I was floating on clouds afterward. I’m so happy with my visit today and will definitely be back for more.

If tomorrow was my last day on Earth, I would spend it at the Tonic Spa. I had no intention on starting this review on such a grim note, but you know what’s not grim? How I feel everytime I finish at the Tonic Spa. Each time I leave, I feel more refreshed than a Sprite commercial. The pool has me feeling like a wet seal in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, and the sauna feels like I’m trekking through the Sahara on menopause. However, none of these superlatives regarding the facilities even come close to the staff (special shoutout to Ally, Amanda, and Billie). They are the most wonderful collection of staff members I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. They’re accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, the best dressed in their fancy black Fig uniforms. I could go on, but I imagine you’re probably reading this review thinking, “wow, this guy is really hyperbolic in his raving review”, but I assure you that the Tonic Spa and the staff here really are as good as I make them out to be.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tonic Spa. From the moment I walked in, Billy Morgan at the front desk made me feel so welcomed—warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. My massage with Leigh Elmes was incredible; she’s an incredibly skilled RMT who helped me feel relaxed and at ease throughout. I also really appreciated the complimentary organic Gut Feeling tea at the end—it was the perfect grounding touch to close out my visit. I didn’t have time to explore everything the spa has to offer, but I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
