About Priscila I’m Priscila, founder of Mistika Holistic Therapy and a complementary wellness practitioner based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am trained in Reiki and certified as a QHHT® practitioner—Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Originally from Brazil, I have been interested in spirituality from an early age. My personal journey has included Kardecist Spiritism and Brazilian spiritual traditions such as Umbanda and Candomblé. These traditions have influenced my personal spiritual perspective and my respect for the diverse beliefs and experiences of others. I also have a professional background in social services in Canada, where I have supported individuals from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My social-services experience is separate from the spiritual and complementary wellness services offered through Mistika and is not presented as counselling therapy, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment. As an intuitive and spiritually sensitive practitioner, I may—only with your consent—incorporate intuitive reflection into a session. Any impressions shared are subjective and offered as possibilities for personal reflection. They are not diagnoses, predictions, verified facts, or instructions about healthcare, relationships, finances, or other important life decisions. You are always free to accept or disregard them. Through Mistika Holistic Therapy, I offer: Mistika Intuitive Reiki QHHT® sessions Mistika Intuitive Reiki is my personalized approach to Reiki. Depending on your preferences and informed consent, a session may combine Reiki, meditation, sound-based practices, tuning forks, aromatherapy, and intuitive reflection. Every service is adapted to respect your comfort, boundaries, personal beliefs, and wellness intentions. My work focuses on relaxation, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection. I do not predict the future or determine the meaning of a client’s experience.
