“Really disappointing and unprofessional. I had facial acupuncture appointment at 12pm. when i arrived , i tried multiple times to confirm the address, but no one answered and the voicemail was full, so i had no way to verify the location. I finally got through by text and was told the practitioner was running late. They offered me a 30-minute session instead of the full one. I took time off work for this, and ended up wasting half my day. Emergencies happen, but a simple heads up would have made all the difference.”
