About Noelle

Noelle is a friendly and passionate Registered Kinesiologist and Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST) with nearly 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She takes a holistic and realistic approach when designing exercise and stretch programs for her clients. She personalizes her programs based on your goals and uses creativity to help maximize results and create long-term solutions. She graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in Human Nutrition, and soon after became a Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST). Her health and wellness journey began at the young age of 14 when she competed in her first triathlon and trained with a local group. Her love of the sport grew as she competed in different races across Ontario for nearly 10 years. Since then, her interests have shifted into mountain biking and strength training, and she enjoys utilizing these skills in her programs. Through overcoming her own injuries, she has learned the value of a well-balanced plan and looks forward to helping you create the health program that best suits your needs.
