About Nic
Nicolas is a Registered Physiotherapist and has recently completed his MSc degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University of London in England after previously achieving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph in 2022. He brings with him from overseas a plethora of knowledge in regards to exercise prescription and rehabilitation. A driven and focused physiotherapist, Nic ensures patients get the most out of their time in clinic, while ensuring each session is uniquely made to each individual and their goals and capabilities. He has experience working with patients of all ages and familiarity with fitness, from elite level hockey athletes, to individuals after a knee or hip replacement, or introducing people to the gym for the first time.
Nic has experience in multiple sports, such as playing as a hockey goalie for over 15 years and reaching the Jr A level, playing soccer as a youth, 2 years of American Football, and is actively training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a blue belt.
