About Nehalben
Nehalben is a resident physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2018 and earned a Diploma in Recreation Therapy in 2024. She brings over four years of international clinical experience, treating a wide range of orthopaedic, neurological, paedatric, and pelvic floor conditions.
Since graduating, Nehalben has completed additional certifications in Kinesiology Taping and Yoga Science from India to further enhance her clinical skills and provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Her treatment approach combines patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and individualized rehabilitation programs to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their personal goals. She also provides pelvic floor physiotherapy, helping individuals manage concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Nehalben enjoys working with patients of all ages and is committed to helping them improve their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
