“I worked with Ravneet Singh, an excellent physiotherapist for a full year, and in that time I saw just how deeply he cares about his work and the people he treats. There were moments when I felt discouraged and ready to give up, but he always found a way to give me that extra push and remind me that improvement was possible. “Very shrewd experience overall here. The WSIB physiotherapist who left for a month vacation wanted me out finished before he left (his goal, Ravneet). Then when he came back he shortly thereafter decided to discontinue treatment with an over the phone nurse consultant. “After a long struggle with Trigeminal Neuralgia, I visited New Horizons in a desperate attempt to get pain relief. I had tried many other avenues for pain relief with limited success. June Williamson is a wonderful practitioner. Not only did she provide an acupuncture approach that was backed by research and specific protocols for Trigeminal Neuralgia, but she also gave much needed advice for lifestyle changes and stress relief in my day-to-day.
