I have been providing clinical counselling since 2011 and continue to feel honoured to hear my clients' stories of resilience, loss, healing, and growth. My practice focuses on trauma, PTSD, occupational stress injuries, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.
