“Meredith is a great advocate. She practices with real compassion and empathy. Merdith takes the time to really listen and makes sure that she is clearly understanding, I always feel heard and respected. Meredith has helped me reframe my thoughts and process my trauma. She always practices with utmost integrity. Meredith creates a safe space, is always supportive, her genuine care and passion for helping people reflects in our sessions. She has a plethora of helpful tools and resources is always recommending practical solutions to facilitate ease and healing but is never pushy. I am usually a very private person but am so thankful to have Meredith in my corner. Our sessions have been so helpful, I would highly recommend Meredith to anyone going through a difficult time.”
