These experiences honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the challenges individuals face, and her career naturally evolved into that of a devoted clinician.

Her empathetic approach is impactful for individuals dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationships, anger, and grief. Drawing from techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, she empowers individuals to heal and rewrite their life stories. Malisa has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, allowing her to provide evidence-based support for couples.
