“Natalie Z is a great therapist, I’ve seen my share lol. It might have been 3-4 sessions in, I distinctly remember the moment I realized I wasn’t clenching my entire body and was exhaling deeply during our 60 mins. She seems genuinely invested in my well-being, and I appreciate that.”Read moreShow less

“THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Do not go to Nova psychology. I had a very bad experience with one of the psychologist, Toby John. Me and my wife went for couples therapy. We are very much in love and our problems are very minimal. Within our first two sessions, Toby asked us if we were ready to throw in the towel which came to a shock for both of us. After that, Toby insisted that we do one on one sessions. During my session, I felt empowered and I felt like Therapy was the right decision. Upon my wife's session within 15 minutes, he suggested to her to download bumble to meet friends. This disturbed her and myself very much. I don't know where Toby got his credentials from, but I think he is one of the worst psychologist I've ever met in my life and I would strongly recommend that nobody goes to Toby or anybody else for that matter at Nova. They tried to bribe me from not leaving a review on Google, they refunded me all my money. Even with them refunding me the money I believe it's my moral obligation to let everybody else know how bad this place really is. I've never done therapy before until these sessions and its scared me from wanting to go to therapy ever again. Toby should be stripped of his degree and I would be curious to see what other relationships he has tried ruin.”Read moreShow less
