Rate: $125 for 50 minutes ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - Navigating change can feel overwhelming and isolating. Whether you’re facing a break-up, career stress, university challenges, lack of motivation, or uncertainty around your identity or values, these transitions can leave you feeling lost, anxious, and unsure of yourself. In therapy, we will create space to process these experiences and set goals that align with your authentic self and personal values. Together, we’ll build a safe and supportive environment, develop practical coping skills, and use trauma-informed approaches to help you better understand what’s happening and move toward meaningful change. My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centred, culturally inclusive, and trauma informed philosophy, where our work together is collaborative and empowering. Drawing from a blend of modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, parts work/inner child work, strength based, somatic interventions, and solution-focused strategies. I know starting therapy can feel daunting, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Building trust, respect, and compassion is at the heart of my work.
