About Keri
I have been a registered massage therapist for 15 years. With my clinic located within the GoodLife Woodstock facility, I am looking forward to helping as many members and non members, everyday warriors and high performance athletes reach their goals of physical and emotional well-being. My abilities in Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release and sport massage will allow me to treat a variety of conditions from tension headaches to repetitive strain to sport injury. I have great respect for and have always maintained a healthy and active lifestyle. I am an NCCP level 2 gymnastics coach as well and with that I coach all levels from provincial to gymtots. Also, I am on the executive for Sweaburg Minor Ball and South Oxford Softball league.
