“I have not been to see either Jennie or Keri, but that being said…. I never would. I’m a member at GoodLife and sat down on some mats before a session with one of my trainers. One of these ladies came out and very rudely told me to move. She did explain that bumping the wall made noise inside their treatment area. I tried to apologize and explain I was just sitting down and it would not happen again, it’s not like I was actively working out. However that was still unacceptable. There were many other ways to handle this situation, especially considering it was an accident.”
