If you’re here, you may be carrying something that feels heavy or difficult to navigate on your
own. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I want to acknowledge the step you’ve already taken. I work with youth, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity
development, self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, stress, bicultural experiences, procrastination, and feeling stuck in repetitive cycles. In our work together, I explore the connection between
thoughts, beliefs, and bodily experiences, and how we can gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in openness and curiosity. I value each person’s unique experiences and work alongside you to understand what feels meaningful and supportive in your process.
My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Self-Regulation Therapy (SRT), mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment-based perspectives.
