Gunnar is a second year Osteopathy student at Sheridan College and holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber. Alongside his studies, he runs Makt Performance, a powerlifting coaching business dedicated to helping lifters reach their full potential, and serves as head coach of Sheridan College’s powerlifting team. He brings a passion for biomechanics and movement quality to help people train smarter and feel better.
