I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Myofunctional Therapist who works with children, teens and adults to improve breathing, sleep, and oral function. My passion for this field comes from my own experience growing up with a tongue tie & the challenges of mouth breathing. Having personally struggled with the effects of poor oral function, I understand the frustrations many families face when looking for answers! Throughout my training and personal journey, I have discovered the power of myofunctional therapy to create lasting change. Now, I am dedicated to helping others build healthier habits, improve tongue posture, nasal breathing, and swallowing patterns, and ultimately enjoy better overall health. I take a multi-professional collaboration approach to discover the root cause of my patients' issues & guide them toward lifelong improvements in function and wellness.
