“The WOMB is a beautiful and relaxing environment, as soon as you walk through the doors you feel your nervous system calming and your cares from the day melt away. I can't recommend enough the pilates classes offered by Katie Crosby! As someone who is new to pilates she provides an excellent foundation through her clear and knowledgeable instruction. Her class had a gentle, slower pace focusing on engaging your muscles one by one, correct posture and form, moving with intention, and mindfully breathing throughout the practice. Her warmth and bubbly personality will put anyone at ease who is unsure about trying something new. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Katies classes is a one size fits all. Katie monitored the class with incredible care and provided suggestions for modifications for those who were struggling with specific postures or movements. This class would be perfect for any woman looking to improve her overall mental and physical wellbeing. Katies shares her knowledge of the body mind connection and her passion for helping women is reflected in her teaching. “We have attended a few Monday baby play groups and loved it! It’s so inviting and every member of the staff team is always happy and friendly!! When staff aren’t busy with clients they seem to congragate out in the main space/entrance which i really love!!! Most recently I saw Rebecca Grubb who was absolutely amazing!!! Pelvic health is sooo over looked for many mamas and for some women like myself it can be an awkward and a little uncomfortable however Rebecca was so amazing and it was such a great experience with amazing outcomes in just one hour!!! “Lovely atmosphere, welcoming and professional. I had an appointment with Sarah Raynsford for Chiropractic care and the treatment was what I was looking for. “What can I say about The Womb?! It has to be one of The very Best place to have come to Walkerton!! I truly don’t know what My Husband (who uses their Services as much or even more then I do) would do without it!! “I am a mom of an 11, 9, and 5 year old. I went for a pelvic floor physio appointment with Rebecca today before my hysterectomy. The Womb Bruce County is a welcoming, open, and comfortable place for anyone, not just new/expectant mothers. While I was there a man came in for a massage as well as many new moms with car seats. We all had a place there and were welcomed with care and respect. I feel like I could have just sat there all day and enjoyed the space.
