About Elsie

Hello! I'm Elsie and I am a Registered Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 2007. I graduated from The Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I am also a Certified Bowtech Technique Practitioner with The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia since 2009. Throughout the years, I have received additional certifications and training in postnatal care including infant massage and breast/abdominal massage and Cupping Therapy for the face and full body. I see the body as a whole, not just symptoms, and treat all of my patients accordingly. My massage treatments include deep tissue work with slow kneading techniques. I can treat a wide variety of conditions from chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries and scar tissue from post surgical sights. I am also able to help my patients with everyday aches and pains as well as stress reduction.
