48 hours notice is now required for cancellations and reschedule. Please take into consideration that even though there is a waitlist, filling a timeslot doesn’t always work out. The more notice I receive, it is more likely I can fill that spot.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours - 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

Appointments cancelled Less than 24 hours/NO SHOWS will be charged the Full treatment fee.

If clients continue to cancel within less than 48 hours and/or last minute, the online booking privilege will be disabled on the client profile.
