“I've been a patient at Movement Performance & Health for a few years now, and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Brar-Hayer is truly exceptional and a master at her craft. I walked into the clinic yesterday with a strain in my back that I have been suffering through since the previous Monday. The pain was so debilitating it was hard to pick up my 4 mo baby. Today I have much more mobility, and the pain is nearly gone.
The entire team at MPH is consistently friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Each staff member I have seen from chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture have all been great, its always a positive experience.
