“I am a recent client of Nara Rai and have been seeing him since September after searching for a suitable therapist for a couple of months. I have to say, this is the best massage I have received in the past 10 years. Nara is very professional and provides an incredibly deep massage with attention to every muscle. His technique involves slow, deep movements that lead to significant muscle release. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in Calgary in terms of massage therapy. My hips and shoulders feel much more relaxed after his sessions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage.”

“I've been a patient at Movement Performance & Health for a few years now, and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Brar-Hayer is truly exceptional and a master at her craft. I walked into the clinic yesterday with a strain in my back that I have been suffering through since the previous Monday. The pain was so debilitating it was hard to pick up my 4 mo baby. Today I have much more mobility, and the pain is nearly gone. The entire team at MPH is consistently friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Each staff member I have seen from chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture have all been great, its always a positive experience. If you're in need of chiropractic or massage therapy, I highly recommend MPH Chiropractic & Massage Clinic. Dr. Brar-Hayer and her team are simply fantastic!”

“I have only had an initial treatment and assessment. After pretty much wanting to crawl in on my hands and knees one day ago, due to the pain and tightness and spasms I was experiencing for several days where several drugs wouldn’t work at all…taking a couple muscle relaxers and using heat…and some stretches, I am amazed at how much better I am feeling. I can move without pain…heck I can just plain move period! I am looking forward to a follow up tomorrow, and regular maintenance appointments. Do i recommend this clinic? Absolutely! If I can feel this much better after 1 appointment….I can only imagine how I’ll feel with regular treatment”

“Amazing! I honestly didn't think that it would be this quick to see and feel results. I woke up one morning with shooting pain radiating from my neck down my shoulder, arm, and onto my fingertips. Constant numbness and tingling. The pain level was between 9-10. After seeing my doctor the problem was a C5 and C6 nerve impingement. Go see a good chiropractor was what I was told. My wife had suggested Dr. Hayer of her previous experience at Movement Performance & Health. Dr. Hayer was great. Being that this was my first time seeing a chiropractor I had some reservations as to what to expect. Not only did Dr. Hayer say she would fix me up but she also listened to my concerns and eased any apprehensions that I might have about seeing her during this process. After a few sessions, my pain level dropped to 5-6 from 9-10. Dr. Hayer suggested also incorporating acupuncture and deep tissue massage to speed up the whole recovery and healing process. I had the whole team working on me. Acupuncture was done by Alyssa Cochrane who is just as skilled in her craft as Dr. Hayer. She also helped me with some digestive issues that I did not know I had. Deep tissue massage was by Sarah Joyce who has amazing hands and knowledge of seeking that spot that needs to be broken down to heal quicker. All three are an amazing team of ladies to who I have the utmost respect and would not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for pain management and better quality of life. Thank you once again to these amazing ladies.”
