I personally witnessed the effects and benefits of massage therapy, and was inspired to learn more. I graduated from Everest College Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2013. I truly believe that massage therapy is an important part of your overall emotional and physical health. I have enhanced my training through continuing education courses and workshops, learning techniques that include massage and manual therapy, positional release, trigger point therapy, TMJ dysfunction therapy, Indie Head Massage, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy. I use these techniques to assess and treat the body as a whole, and additionally provide rehabilitation exercises such as stretching and strengthening, and patient education. I am committed to helping to alleviate pain and to restore and maintain balance and function of the body as a whole. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
