“Bad experience. Was reffered by someone and contacted them for a massage to start going there continuously. I booked it and got completely swamped with work and forgot my appointment. They contacted me 10 minutes in to see if i was still attending. I apologized right away and explained the situation and the fact that i never miss appointments usually and this was an honest mistake. They decided i will be charged anyway and told me to pay a fee. I sent them another email asking to consider this as a warning and completely understand if this was to reoccur that i would pay the full appointment but that i would appreciate a bit of understanding considering how expensive these services are and the fact that i had not met them. They did not help or consider this and required payment of the fee. I have canceled my appointment and will not be returning or telling others to join. While we all struggle with the economy and try to find ways to heal our injuries, it would be nice to know consideration and one chance is given to someone who plans to come back often. Lack of consideration. And again if this was not the first time i would have completely understood as the massage therapist needs his money too. Very frustrating.”Read moreShow less
