About Diana

A registered occupational therapist in practice since 2008, Diana provides coaching and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and parents affected by ADHD. In helping clients transition though major life events, her approach is trauma-informed and strongly influenced by mindfulness, neuroscience and the latest developments in therapeutic modalities. Creating strategies that are both holistic and fun, Diana works with individuals and families on the goals that are most important in helping them focus on their strengths while leveraging available resources. “There is nothing more exciting than seeing someone reach an ‘aha’ moment that leads to their transformation.
