David’s journey in health and wellness began on the soccer field. From the age of six, he played soccer competitively, eventually reaching the professional level where he played for three years. However, after facing repeated injuries, David returned to Canada and underwent extensive rehabilitation. These experiences sparked his passion for massage therapy, inspiring him to help others navigate the physical and mental challenges of injury and recovery.
David’s approach to treatment combines various therapeutic techniques, including General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Pin-and-Stretch methods. He specializes in deep tissue massage, focusing on relieving muscle tightness, soreness, and chronic discomfort. Drawing from his own athletic background, David understands the struggle that injuries can take both physically and mentally, and he tailors each treatment to the individual’s short and long term goals.
Beyond the clinic, David remains active through soccer and tennis, and enjoys watching sports with friends and family. He also finds peace in long hikes and welcomes challenges that help him grow, both as a person and as a therapist. David is committed to continuous improvement and to providing personalized care that supports his clients on their path to recovery and well-being.
