Your appointment is reserved specially for you! 24-hour notice is necessary for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, we understand that illness can arise unexpectedly.
First cancellation due to illness will be waived as a courtesy. For any subsequent cancellations, a fee will apply as follows:
Missed appointments/no shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge fee , and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Invoices overdue by 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 5% late fee .
We unfortunately do not accept WCB cases in the meantime.
All direct billing is on a best-effort basis. At times, for reasons beyond our control, insurance providers may require you to claim from your end. If we cannot direct-bill, the treatment must be paid at the time of the visit. Currently, we do not support Empire Life & Equitable Life . All other insurance providers are supported.
We do not take any WCB Claims. If you are in an Open WorkSafe Claim, we will have to refer you a different clinic.

“Mark Wang is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what my body needed. “Unfortunately my experience wasn’t that great. First of all they don’t have a washroom, you have to go outside in the hallway if you need to, and it’s part of the busy mall, gym beside etc. It’s very noisy. Massage it’s self was 3 of 5 maybe. I mentioned I need my quadriceps to be massaged good, the therapist almost didn’t touch it. So bad pressure, was painful most of the time, . I don’t know how they don’t know that in some certain areas pressure can’t be hard, like kidneys and inside of the arms and legs. Front part of arms she didn’t touch it. “If I could- I would put 0! I’m client for this clinic for many years (10 years) with different owner (Leon), honest and professional himself and his all team. Never had any problems. Now with new owner Victoria, I got into situation that they told me I have no services left( my covered services are somehow disappeared ).Once receptionist saying I have no services left , an other time it’s being expired. I was asking to provide me full record ( what and how much they charged my insurance company and when I used all services) with my signatures and why I haven’t received any documents about expiration dates, which I should of signed. My calls to clinic and to the owner been ignored! As running business myself in Canada - REPUTATION is very important, also the Law. Looking at other reviews when they need clients they call like spams, but when they need to resolve issues and give customer service - NOONE is there.
