My areas of specialization include trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, phobias, stress management, depression, bipolar disorder, skin picking (excoriation disorder), hair pulling (trichotillomania), workplace stress, career and life transitions, family conflict, couples and relationship concerns.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Couples Therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, helping them develop practical coping skills, gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Professional Philosophy
Therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and evidence-based care. Clement Ampong’s goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your concerns and feel supported throughout the process. During our work together, we will identify clear goals, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
