About Christia
I have been working as a physiotherapist for 18 years and have spent all of those years helping athletes, weekend warriors, workers, and people in motor vehicle accidents recover from their injuries.
As a practitioner, my goal is to work cooperatively with all other health care providers involved in your care until we have you feeling and functioning better.
As a physiotherapist, my skill set includes physiotherapy assessment and diagnosis of injuries, education on: ergonomics, exercise programs, behaviour adaptation and training for future physical challenges as well as as multiple certifications in intramuscular stimulation (IMS) and dry needling.
