“We are highly discouraged with Dr. Trent Brereton's natropath service. (April 2024!) It was our 1st time to a Natropath for our 5 year old who has some signs of possible allergies and we didn't get offered any treatment. We were informed to either follow our intuition and either try eliminating dairy at home, with no testing (so no proof dairy is even the implication) and 2ndly he then referred us to either Lisa in Cranbrook or another in Kimberly. $225 later for basically a consultation when we filled out an online application prior with our concerns. If he wasn't able to provide services for our concerns, he should have been professional and not allowed us to book. We are now out of pocket $225, and informed the blood allergy test is over $400. (I called around other offices to get a price 1st now, since we learned the hard way this time!) I am originally from Australia and back home professionals would have kindly informed us prior before just taking our money, and thankfully others have been professional enough here in Cranbrook to inform me of things prior. I've asked around and even other professional natropaths have said, "that sounds strange, getting a referral!" “Visiting from the states and threw out my back. Called centre and was able to speak with Dr. Olver. Made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Olver is amazing at what she does. She is gentle and explained every step. I 100% recommend seeing her.
