Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. She combines hands-on manual therapy and individualized exercise programs to help patients reduce pain, recover from injury, and get back to what they love doing. Cheryl has a special interest in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries, and has worked with everyone from high-performance athletes to weekend warriors — including as team physiotherapist for Holland College's men's and women's soccer teams in PEI. She believes your rehab plan should be built around your goals, not a generic protocol.
