About Catherine

Dr. Catherine takes an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She is certified by the ICPA in the Webster Technique, a gentle chiropractic approach used to assess and support pelvic and sacral function during pregnancy. Depending on the patient’s condition and treatment plan, techniques used during a session may include: Chiropractic adjustments Acupuncture and electro-acupuncture Soft tissue therapy and muscle release techniques Smart Tools instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) Laser therapy Exercise rehabilitation Outside of practice, Dr. Catherine has a lifelong passion for movement and physical activity. Growing up, she participated in competitive dance, soccer, and swimming, and she continues to maintain an active lifestyle through yoga, Pilates, and strength training. She is also currently expanding her professional training through the ICPA with additional certification in pediatric chiropractic care.
