“Stephanie is an incredibly talented physio! She has supported me through multiple issues after a couple falls, concussions, and other accidents. She is super knowledgeable and is able to switch gears on a whim depending on how I’m feeling and what is bothering me most.. Her approach is very comforting and encouraging! She makes me sweat for the right reasons and for targeted reasons, My particular conditions can vary wildly and she always explains the whys behind what we are doing and in terms of how it's helping me..Stephanie's approach is very client centred; And this seems to be a common theme environmentally within the clinjic the clinic If you are looking for an extraordinary physio - stop right here… you’ve found the BEST!! I’ve also been seeing the acupuncturist, Anthony (aka Magic Man as I call him). I was nervous at first because I’d never done acupuncture, but Anthony has been very reassuring and made me feel super relaxed in his care. He has helped me relieve a lot of very painful nerve pain in my leg and foot. He always explains what he is doing and he definitely knows his stuff!! Valeo is a fantastic clinic and I’m very grateful that I found these amazing professionals!! :)”

“Fantastic experience! Found the clinic on a Google search and submitted the booking request form. I received a call back within an hour and was squeezed in the very next day despite them being fully booked. I was so appreciative of them going the extra mile to see me. Staff are warm, friendly, and professional. The waiting room and treatment rooms are super clean, and expertly designed and decorated. I was assessed and treated by Elia. He was very attentive, asked many questions to assess my condition, was very clear with instructions, but reassured me during all the tests. He informed me why I had my symptoms and exactly how to treat it. I received instructions on what to do at home and when to come back for additional treatments. I feel so much better now that I know what to do and what to watch for. Stephanie (the owner) helped me at check-out. She was very helpful with the billing and super nice. I know the staff stayed late just for me, and I can't thank them enough for doing that. I highly recommend this clinic, they are among the best.”
