That frustration was the fuel for my eight-year journey to understand the human body inside and out, so I could take back control of my own health. Now, it drives me to help you do the same. With diplomas in Fitness and Health Promotion, a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, I’ve built a foundation of knowledge to not just treat symptoms but to get to the root causes of pain and dysfunction. But that’s not where it stops—my curiosity keeps me reading the latest research and digging deeper, determined to find the answers you need. I believe healthcare is about more than just exercises and treatments—it’s about building trust, educating you about your body, and giving you the tools to reclaim your health and thrive. No matter where your starting point is, we’ll work together to get you moving towards your goals. Outside the clinic, I’m always learning—whether it’s through a non-fiction audiobook on behavior change and habit formation or by teaching kids with disabilities how to ride horses. These experiences remind me daily of the resilience of the human body and spirit. My mission is simple but non-negotiable: You deserve to feel empowered, informed, and confident about your body.
