Arya was born in the South Indian state of Kerala but spent most of her life in the UAE before moving to Canada to pursue her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Having lived in three vastly different regions of the world, Arya has gained unique insights and perspectives that have deeply shaped her understanding of people, society, and the human psyche.
As Nova Psychology's Assessment Coordinator, Arya plays a key role in bridging the gap between clients and the assessment team. Her specific interest in psychological assessments, particularly psychometric testing, drives her dedication to ensuring clients receive personalized, seamless support throughout their assessment journey.
Arya strongly believes in the importance of being a good listener and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for everyone she interacts with. Understanding that we never truly know someone else's struggles, she lives by the belief that kindness should always be the default.
Fueled by her passion for mental health, Arya actively fosters spaces where meaningful conversations about mental wellness can take place. She recognizes the profound impact that support can have on individuals and is committed to creating connections that empower others to feel seen, heard, and valued.
