About Allana

Allana graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy program in Halifax. She especially enjoyed working in the neurology and arthritis specialized clinics where she was able to help patients with a variety of conditions and abilities achieve a better quality of life. Allana has experienced treating various conditions including multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, whiplash, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, postural dysfunction, headaches/migraines, anxiety, and more. Allana originally graduated with a bachelor of science in kinesiology at Dalhousie University and played on the Mount Saint Vincent soccer team for three years.During her time at Dalhousie University, Allana enjoyed volunteering to help people exercise including adults with heart conditions and cancer patients/survivors. Allana is very passionate in creating a safe space for all patients to facilitate healing through various relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Her treatment protocol will start with a comprehensive assessment followed by a treatment tailored to the patient's needs, and will include an individualized home care program. During her free time, you can find Allana exploring new trails and beaches in Nova Scotia or playing soccer.
