About Alexandra

As a recent Certified Personal Trainer graduate and RMT, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. I specialize in Swedish and Therapeutic Relaxation Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ Massage, and Myofascial Release/Cupping, and Sports Massage, tailoring each treatment to meet individual needs. My goal is to help clients find relief from pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being. I chose to become a massage therapist because I understand the profound impact that chronic pain, stress, and tension can have on daily life. Having experienced some of these challenges myself, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills to support others on their healing journey. Outside of work, I stay grounded through yoga, meditation, long walks with my dog and more recently volunteering at retirement homes and community centres teaching mobility and stability to seniors. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to take charge of their health and wellness, one session at a time.”
