If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment please call and let the clinic know so we can reschedule you and rebook that appointment time. We require at least 24 hours notice and failure to provide this amount of time will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment fee to your credit card. If a client does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged 100% of their treatment fee. Please remember these costs will not be reimbursed by your insurance company.
In the case of same day bookings, clients must notify the clinic within the hour of booking if they find that this time does not work for them or the same “no-show” policy will apply.
After three consecutive no-shows for an appointment, the clinic has the right to terminate its relationship with you.
Changing therapists 24 hours notice is required to change from one therapist to another. If this change occurs after the 24 hours, then a late cancellation fee will be paid to the initial therapist.

“I've been seeing Amanda for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! She always knows exactly how to target my problem areas, and I leave every appointment feeling so much relief. She's incredibly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel their best.
