Alex conducts thorough treatment plans with each client. He always demonstrates strengthening and stretching exercises that they can use at home to improve their posture and daily activities. Deep tissue massage and sports injury massage are two of Alex's specialties. Alex is also skilled at providing relaxation massage and pre-natal massage.
