Girl at the front has an attitude problem. You need to fix that ugly personality. Not sure of her name, looks some type of brown. I also don't think these people are RMTs, very poor massage techniques. Im no longer coming in because the massages are not good. Ive been here MANY times.

I booked session to do massage for 1 hr for my right hand shoulder pain with doctors prescription they charged me around $120. The guy who I booked with just did tap on my calf muscle instead of doing massage for 1 hr. I don’t understand even when I share my experience with my physio therapist they laughed at it. Don’t go here waste of time and money.

I had a massage today with Rachel, and I’m honestly so impressed with her service. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The massage was outstanding—very relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and stress-free. If anyone is looking for a great massage for relaxation, I highly recommend visiting Rachel.

As a loyal client and this is how it ends — two back-to-back terrible experiences with the same RMT, Xiao Qian (Sisi) Yu. First visit: I booked a Massage Therapy with Warm Foot Scrub and Foot Massage — a specific treatment I chose and paid for. Before the session even started, she walked in and told me she'd only do 10 minutes on my feet. No explanation, no "is that okay?" Just a statement. I had driven far to get there and didn't want to make a scene, so I accepted a regular massage instead. I left unhappy. Second visit (two weeks later): I booked again hoping for a different therapist, but she was the only one available. She showed up 15 minutes late for a 10:00 AM appointment. When I asked reception where she was, I was actually told I "shouldn't book a 10 AM slot" because she commutes from Scarborough. Excuse me? Why is that time slot even available then? That is not something you EVER say to a client. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly shocking. I walked out — if they can't respect my time, I won't be giving them any more of it. I've spent years recommending this place to friends and family. After these two experiences — the dismissiveness, the lateness, and the completely tone-deaf response from reception — I won't be returning. Management needs to hear this.

Very disappointing experience. During my massage, Rachel’s phone kept ringing and she was using one hand to massage while using the other to text or check her phone. This is extremely unprofessional and made it impossible to relax. The quality of the massage itself was also poor. On top of that, the environment was not relaxing at all you can clearly hear street noise as there’s no proper soundproofing. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and professional massage. Management should seriously look into better training and ensuring staff stay focused during sessions.

Went in for a 90 min full body and lymphatic massgae. Masues started by aimlessly rubing my back no real rythem or strenth. I then notice there is only one hand, after about 30 min of rubbing one handed on my back ontop of the sheet. I then got some oil which started with 2 hands the quickley went back to one. At this point i thought maybe she was sore. Got asked to flip over to my back and then started on legs. She covered my head with a hot towel but i managed to see out the bottom. When i felt the one haded rubbing progress i looked down to see she was on her phone and locked into it. Her hand moving in a circle pattern like i wouldnt notice the lack of attention. The room was clean and fresh, how ever the Masuse was f8ghing a cold and coughed of flem numerouse times and spit it somewhere, i couldnt see that part thank god. All in all i will not be returning in the future. RACHEL needs to be trained better.

As a client that frequents massage therapy, Ying is the best massage therapist in Whitby!! I had been searching for years after I had the other best massage therapist in town. Ying gets to know your needs and has you feeling your best when done! I wish I could give her more than five stars!

Probably one of the best locations for massage therapy. Not only do they have a lot of options with times, but a lot of combinations with times and different therapies. From Cupping, to aromatic this place is top tier. I have to shout out Jack (one of the R.M.T.’s). I’ve been receiving massages from him for over a year now and he never fails to make every visit stellar. He’s thoughtful, respectful, friendly and generous. Him and I have gotten to know each other over the last year and it’s always a pleasure to get to know one another. Please consider this place for your next trip to get a massage. They do direct billing for insurance (which is amazing). Come in and leave with ease, with not worrying about paperwork to fill out after! You rock Jack! Thank you for everything. Special thank your for even giving me a longer service when it was my birthday. You’re amazing!

Do not be fooled by the Google reviews. I had a massage with Jack (RMT) at Prolink Whitby and it was a very poor experience. It was more like oil rubbing and not an actual massage during the entire session-pinching, felt stiff, rushed, and completely non-therapeutic more like random rubbing than a professional RMT treatment. I paid $118 for nothing but feel uncomfortable and tensed. He also did not complete 60full mins. I don't think he was even an RMT.

My wife and I had a great experience at the clinic. The front dest staff is friendly and professional. My therapist's pressure is just perfect for me. I felt so much released after the treatment. I will definitely be back.
