Having spent most of her life involved in sports, her journey into self-care drew her to massage as a method for sharing her knowledge while realizing her desire for helping others with their own issues. Ainslie’s passion lies in treating sports related injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. Ainslie’s therapeutic approach to treatment involves a mix of modalities to help her clients recover from their injuries.
Understanding the importance of a well formulated treatment plan, Ainslie incorporates in-person treatments with a well developed home-care routine. She believes that empowering clients to have an active role in their self care gives longer lasting results and moves them successfully through their recovery journey.
