“Phenomenal manual therapy by Josh. He got my muscles out of spasm and into “Ahhh.” I had never used the services of an osteopath. Like the physiotherapists at Back in Action,,(e.g. Michael, Sarah and Dana- and of course, the owner. Bianca), Josh is a gifted practitioner and a kind, caring person'. “Took a spill skiing, felt like I separated my shoulder, and wanted someone to look at it. The local urgent care was recommended by resort staff but said imaging was required to diagnose in the amount of $2-3k. I felt it was on the mild side and didnt want imaging. Then I found Back in Action and they got me an appointment within 24hr. The receptionist and Mike Conway were absolutely wonderful in helpfulness, attitude, communication, and knowledge. I left there 30min later with a better understanding of my injury, significantly reduced physical pain, and a more stabilized shoulder. I was back out on the slopes (the greens at least 😀) in about an hour and at a fraction of the cost of urgent care. Perfect experience.”Read moreShow less

“Choosing back in action was the best decision I made after I tore my ACL. The team at Back in Action are the 'high performance athletes' of physiotherapy. With the help of Sarah Miller and Nicole Klopfer (and many others) I was able heal a fully torn ACL. No surgery, no laxity, and full range of motion with pre and post MRI's to prove it. Most doctors will say its impossible, Back in Action made it happen. Physiotherapy has always been thoroughly explained, explicitly consensual, hygienic, and, most of all, effective. It has been easy to book using the Jane app, including on short notice. Multiple locations are available. A free exercise tracking app with videos is available, which makes it easy to follow your exercise plan.
